Leadership Is More Than a Title.

Every day, pharmacy professionals solve problems, support patients, mentor colleagues, and improve healthcare.

But many never receive formal leadership development.

​

PharmLead RX was created to change that.

​

Developed through a partnership between the South Carolina Pharmacy Association and Full Potential Development, this unique leadership experience helps pharmacy professionals move beyond learning leadership concepts to practicing leadership in real situations that matter.

Whether you are an experienced leader, an emerging leader, or simply someone who wants to make a greater difference, this program will help you build the confidence, skills, and habits to lead with purpose.

This Year's Experience Has Been Redesigned

After completing our inaugural cohort, we asked one question:

How can we make leadership development even more practical and meaningful?

The answer was simple.

• Less information.

• More implementation.

This year's program has been redesigned around one idea:

Leadership develops through practice—not just participation.

​

Instead of simply attending sessions, you'll apply leadership principles to a meaningful challenge or opportunity throughout the year, receiving practical tools, coaching, reflection, and peer support along the way.

​

Your Leadership Journey Begins in July

The program begins with an interactive live leadership experience during the SCPhA Annual Convention (Thursday July 9th, 11:30-2:30).

Rather than simply listening to presentations, you'll begin by reflecting on your own leadership journey and identifying one meaningful leadership goal that you want to intentionally develop throughout the year.

Together, we'll help you clarify where you are today, where you want to grow, and what success will look like by the end of the program.

You'll leave the first session with a personalized Leadership Growth Plan and a clear first action to begin implementing immediately.

From there, every monthly session introduces one practical leadership principle and helps you apply it directly to your own leadership journey through implementation, reflection, coaching, and peer discussion.

Because leadership isn't developed by attending sessions.

It's developed by intentionally practicing leadership over time.

How the Program Works

The program combines two live leadership experiences (during Annual Convention in July and Southeastern Pharmacy Weekend in January)  with monthly virtual implementation sessions (1 monthly virtual session in September, October, November, February, April, May)

Each month follows the same rhythm:

• Learn one practical leadership principle.

• Apply it to your own leadership challenge.

• Reflect on what happened.

• Receive coaching and feedback.

• Take the next step.

It's developed through consistent practice.

Certification Requirements

Participants who successfully complete the program will earn the PharmLead RX Leadership Certificate by:

• Attending at least one live leadership session

• Applying leadership principles throughout the year

• Completing a Leadership Impact Initiative

• Submitting a final leadership reflection
